Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of BizMingle, including its adult dating, social networking, marketplace, messaging, and user-content features.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using BizMingle, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
BizMingle is intended for people aged 18 or older. You must be legally able to enter these Terms. You may not create an account or use the service if you are under 18, and you may maintain only one active account.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration information, protect your password and devices, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security.
4. Accurate information
Keep account, profile, seller, listing, delivery, and payment-related information current. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, business, product, location, or relationship intentions.
5. Dating and social features
Dating features help adults discover and communicate with other users. BizMingle does not guarantee the identity, intentions, safety, compatibility, reliability, or conduct of any user. Meet and transact with others only using your own judgment and appropriate safety precautions. Commercial sexual services, prostitution, escort services, trafficking, and sexual exploitation are prohibited.
6. Marketplace and seller features
Sellers are responsible for lawful, accurate listings, available stock, pricing, fulfilment, delivery information, taxes, and customer communication. BizMingle does not guarantee the quality, legality, authenticity, safety, availability, or delivery of any product or transaction.
7. User content and messaging
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant BizMingle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, display, moderate, and distribute it as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not send content you do not have rights to use. Messages and content may be reported, moderated, preserved, or disclosed when required for safety or law.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Commit scams, romance fraud, financial solicitation, extortion, blackmail, or fraudulent marketplace transactions.
- Catfish, impersonate, deceive, threaten, stalk, harass, abuse, or endanger another person.
- Attempt sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or distribution of non-consensual sexual content or child sexual abuse material.
- Sell, buy, promote, or distribute counterfeit, stolen, illegal, dangerous, regulated, or prohibited goods.
- Spam, scrape, automate, manipulate rankings, create abusive accounts, evade enforcement, or interfere with service operation.
- Pressure users into unsafe off-platform payments, deliveries, meetings, or transactions.
- Upload malware, infringing content, private information, or content that violates another person's rights.
9. Reporting and blocking
Use available report and block features and contact support for urgent safety concerns. Reports may lead to investigation, moderation, restriction, or referral to authorities. Do not misuse reporting tools.
10. Purchases, payments, and refunds
Orders, payment authorization, verification, refunds, returns, subscriptions, and seller settlement are subject to the status shown in the app and the applicable payment provider's rules. Paystack may process payments. Do not submit payment credentials in messages. A transaction may be delayed, rejected, cancelled, or investigated for security, inventory, legal, or provider reasons.
11. Third-party services
BizMingle depends on third-party providers including hosting, database, storage, payment, email, identity, moderation, and real-time communication services. Their availability and terms are outside BizMingle's complete control.
12. Intellectual property and copyright notices
BizMingle's software, branding, design, and original materials are owned by John Solace or applicable licensors. Except as allowed by law, do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or redistribute them. If you believe content infringes your copyright, email ayodeleogunyemi25@yahoo.co.uk with a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your signature.
13. Privacy and child safety
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Our standards prohibiting child sexual abuse and exploitation are in the Child Safety Standards.
14. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, address payment or legal risk, or maintain the service. You may stop using BizMingle and request deletion through Delete Account.
15. Disclaimers
BizMingle is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee another user's identity, intentions, safety, quality, legality, reliability, or transaction performance.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, John Solace and BizMingle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or interactions between users. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify John Solace and BizMingle against claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, content, or misuse of the service.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where John Solace is ordinarily resident, without creating a corporate structure or choosing a specific jurisdiction that has not been provided. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms. The revised date will appear above. Continued use after changes means you have had an opportunity to review the revised Terms.
