Delete Your BizMingle Account
You can request deletion of your BizMingle account and associated personal data. Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.
What to include
- Your registered BizMingle email address.
- Your account name or other information sufficient to identify the account.
- A short statement confirming that you want the account permanently deleted.
What happens in the app
Signed-in users can open Profile → Settings → Delete account, review the warning, and confirm deletion. The app requires an authenticated request for the current account and signs the user out after a successful response. Uninstalling the app does not delete an account.
Data removed or anonymized
The current backend removes account-linked seller, admin, cart, wishlist, saved address, saved payment-method, subscription, notification, dating-profile, conversation, message, support-ticket, and activity records. Authentication details, avatar, push token, location, provider identifiers, and password are cleared or replaced so the account cannot be used to sign in.
Personal dating relationships, likes, matches, swipes, blocks, reports, and uploaded media are subject to the account-deletion implementation and provider capabilities. Product listings are disabled or removed from active discovery rather than transferred to another user.
Orders, payments, and security records
Orders and payment records may need to remain for disputes, refunds, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Where retained, personal delivery details are anonymized as supported by the data model. Payment providers may retain legally required records under their own policies. Security and abuse-prevention records may also be retained for a limited operational or legal purpose.
Processing time
In-app deletion is initiated immediately after confirmation. Email requests are reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably practicable; we may ask for limited verification to prevent an unauthorized deletion request. Do not send sensitive credentials as proof of identity.
